Learn a variety of Mixed Media techniques using Powertex prducts, including creating crackle effects with Bister, image transfer, acrylic inks & paints, mixed media on craft foam or MDF, Easy Structure, 3D Balls & rust effects. With lots of project ideas & practice throughout the cours, this will takre your mixed media projects to a new level.

A full day workshop where you will make an animal sculpture using recycled fabric & Powertex products.  Chose between a Highland Cow, Sheep or Reindeer.

During the day, you will learn how to:

• build a simple armature from everyday materials;
• mix your own air drying clay;
• sculpt detail using simple techniques & tools;
• add texture using textiles;
• mixing pigments;
• dry brushing techniques.

At the end of your workshop, you will be able to take home your finished sculpture, which will then air dry over a number of days.

A full day workshop where you will make a fairy or witches house using recycled fabric, stone art clay & Powertex products.  Once dry, your fairy house will be suitable for outdoor display.

During the workshop, you will learn how to:

• build a simple armature using everyday materials;
• add texture using recycled textiles & Powertex Universal Medium;
• mix your own air drying clay using Stone Art & Powertex Universal Medium;
• make embellishments, such as flowers, leaves & butterflies, to add to your Fairy House;
• mix your own pigments to colour your Fairy House;
• apply colour using dry brushing techniques.

In this 2 hr workshop you will be taken through all the steps required to create a decorative Stone Art heart or bauble using recycled textiles, Stone Art & Powertex products.

Create a beautiful & unique figure sculpture using recycled textiles & Powertex products.

Chose from a wide variety of head styles, learn how to build a simple armature using everyday materials, then dress your sculpture in your choice of textiles before finishing with coloured pigments.
