Intro to Powertex - 5 week course

A 5 week course consisting of 5 x 2 hr sessions during which you will be taken through a number of mixed media techniques using Powertex products. Techniques covered will include Image Transfer, Painting wih Powertex, Creating Texture, using Easy Structure, creating crackle effects, an intro to Easy 3D Flex & 3D Sand & Balls. A great all round starter course.

Course Information
Over the 5 weeks you will create a number of sample canvases exploring a range of textures & finishes under the expert tuition of Liz Dixon, approved Powertex Trainer.
You will learn lots of tips & techniques throughout each session to enable you to continue with your own Powertex projects at home.
Where possible, we aim to use recycled textiles & found object in our workshops. If you have a piece of natural fibre material that you wish to incorporate into your work, then please feel free to bring this along with you & we can advise if it is suitable to use. However, all materials & protective gloves/aprons are included in the cost of the workshop.
Please can we request that long hair is tied back, & rings/bracelets are removed before attending.
