Power Cotton is a 100% cotton fiber product you can't miss. These long wires can be used to make hair for Powertex figurines or to give texture and volume to paintings/sculptures/other Powertex mixed media objects. To use cut the wires to the desired length and carefully rub Powertex into the fibers. Wring out any excess Powertex and apply to your artwork
